Recently, LG Electronics announced to launch LG KH5200 Android-based smartphone. LG Electronics Inc is world’s 3rd mobile phone maker. The company launches smartphone which is based on Google's Android operating system in South Korea.
LG KH5200 mobile phone comes with 3-inch full touch screen, 5 megapixel camera and slider QWERTY keyboard. The phone is priced at $573. The biggest attractive features of LG KH5200 are GPS, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth including social networking features.
LG KH5200 mobile supports up to 32 GB in external memory. The model will be sold by the country's second-largest mobile carrier KT. LG KH5200 mobile phone has been launched in the competition of Motorola's Android-based smartphone – MOTOROI which was launched earlier this year.
LG Electronics Inc has targeted to compete with others leading mobile phone makers - Nokia, Blackberry maker RIM and Apple in smartphone offerings. In this category, LG has announced to launch more than 20 models this year. In this, half the model will offer most popular Android OS.
