Recently, Fly Mobile announced the launch of a new rich-featured handset - MC170. It is the Mobile handset brand of UK based Meridian group. It is a GSM handset of Fly Mobile.

Fly MC170 is a stylish and attractive handset. The phone targets youth and youngsters of India between 18 to 35 years of age. It is featured with a powerful 3 mega pixel camera also.

Fly MC170 mobile phone supports a video player (3GP / AVI format) and a video recorder (AVI format). It is equipped with lots of multimedia features also like 6.1 cm TFT display, FM with schedule recording, Call Reject SMS, Mobile Tracker with Remote Control, MP3 Ring tones, E-book reader etc.

Fly MC170 mobile supports EDGE connectivity. It is featured with social networking and instant messaging features via preloaded social networking application Nimbuzz and Snaptu.
