On2 Technologies is to be acquired by Google in $106.5 million

Today, there is big news of acquiring On2 technologies by Google. Every news papers are on the way of this news. “Google to acquire On2 technologies”, “Google Acquires On2 technologies”, “Google buys On2 technologies” or “Google to buy On2 technologies” all news are saying same news that On2 technologies is to be acquired by Google in $106.5 million.

Yes, it is a big deal by Google after Microsoft and Yahoo search deal. Google is also making strong itself to beat its competitors. It is one of the biggest deals which carry $106.5 million currency. About the deal Google writes in press releases,

“Under the terms of the agreement, each outstanding share of On2 common stock will be converted into $0.60 worth of Google class A common stock in a stock-for-stock transaction. The transaction is valued at approximately $106.5 million.”

The deal is basically leading the stock changes. You can see the graph which leads the converted stock exchange deals.

From the dip analysis of graph fact is clear. On the above press releases Matt Frost, interim CEO of On2 says,

There is no need to explanation about Google because everyone knows about the company. It is a global search engine company which is based in the USA. But we should surely know about On2 technologies. On2 technologies create advanced video compression technologies that power the video in desktop and mobile applications and devices.

Recently, Microsoft launched its new laptop – “Laptop Hunter” against Apple. The laptop has lowest range about $1500 but offer greater pack. "Laptop Hunter" offers online and TV ads also like MacBook Air.

Microsoft feels that higher price consumer can’t offer so; it will be in three prices - $1000, $1500 and $2000. They know that it is not time like MacBook Air to set price $2700. Now, it is very competitive market in Note Book market also.

Another updates show with Dell laptop. Some reviews go against the laptop that it has no graphics muscle however its price is very high about $2,000+. But we can’t say that only Mac has authority to set price more than $2,500.

It is the triangular war among “Laptop Hunter”, “MacBook Air” and “Dell Adamo”. In this series we have not included of Sony VAIO. However, VAIO is most selling Note Book after MacBook. It has greater review and demand in the world and graphics are most reliable.

We are looking here competition of laptops industry which is burning issues with Dell Vs. Mac and Microsoft Vs. Mac. There is only one competitive laptop – Apple’s Mac which has given ultra competition.

We can say MacBook and Sony VAIO is out of competition because they have own customer and needn’t to worry about the prices. They have quality and own products with own features.

After the completing of 1st plot the arcade game you can proceed for middle with that point which is in your credit still. If you loose all the credit points in mid of second plot then the game will over that time.

Google has made its clear ambitions with his 1st phone which is launched by Google with co-operation of HTC and will sell by the T-Mobile as T-Mobile G1. The mobile is touchscreen and has great features in the competition of iPhone 3G.

Android has been created by Andy Rubin who is the Google's director of mobile platforms. Mr Rubin says, "What Android enables for third party developers is the kind of programming we see on the Internet. What it enables is agility and rapid innovation and the same kind of innovation that happens on the Internet”. He announced that Android is a Open source operating system and with it developers have more freedom to innovate, and more scope also.

Andy Rubin also announce that Symbian and Microsoft also two companies that also build mobile operating systems and announced that the operating system which they have launched are also open. But Mr Rubin says the reality of that, “There's a distinction we have to make - and it's an important one - between open source and open APIs (Application Programming Interfaces). APIs are essentially documentation, they're the way that somebody like Symbian or Microsoft will allow third party developers to develop for their platform.” Mr. Rubin says all the things with news.bbc.co.uk in a interview.

There is now mobile like Google G1 who make you view Maps of street but the Google mobile shows the locations of real world. The Android is powred by 300Mhz chip according to Mr. Rubin.

Most of the people who have iPhone and iPod know now that Google Earth has been launched by Google for iPhone and iPod. Google Earth is the technology of Google Map which as launched in 2005 for desktop computer by Google. After the success of Google Map the Google Earth has been released in 2008.

According to the analysis Google Map on people desktop was downloaded about 400 million. Google has decided to launch the technology with iPhone because iPhone has millions of customer and the application will be popular soon.

However, in the Market Google had also a touchscreen mobile phone – G1 on Android technology but the application is not for that.

You can download the application in free from the iTunes App Store. You can find local businesses, and view geo-located photos on your iPhone from Google Earth.

Consumer electronic king Sony has announced to launch world's slimmest TV till November. It will be launched 1st in Japan and it price will be about $4,500. It will be model of ZX1 from this series. It will be lightest 40-inch liquid crystal display (LCD) television.

It said that new ZX1 series will be part of popular Bravia series which is 9.9 mm thick at its slimmest section. Weight will be 12.2 Kg. You can hang it in your bag like a laptop.

It is also will be equipped with fast wireless connection technology. Its need not signal cable to operate it.

Recently in India coolest gadgets with latest and new technologies has been launched. That name is iPhone. Iphone is not new gadgets but it is new for India. People say it is the gadgets of the decade.

In India its prices are 31000 and 36000 with Airtel and Vodafone subscriber. It was launched at 22nd August, 2008. In an hour in India four metropolitan cities its sales was about 200 handsets.

Along with in the competition of iPhone T-Mobile has announced to launch handsets on the base of Google’s Android design. Recently Google has announced that it will launch soon hardware appliances for its search box. It will be a new technology for Google search Box. The appliances will contain Google software to power the search services.

About it HT writes, “Google Inc said on Tuesday it is offering an upgraded version of the hardware appliance it sells to companies and government organizations for Google-style Web search of office documents.

The Web search leader said the latest version of the Google Search Appliance, a pizza-sized box that holds a self-contained search system for managing an organization's electronic files, can store up to 10 million documents in a single box.”

Further he writes more about it, “Once installed in a network, the appliances help staff find documents in various different corporate store houses, from EMC Corp's Documentum, IBM's FileNet, Open Text's LiveLink and Microsoft Corp's SharePoint.

New features in the latest model include greater encryption powers and the ability for Google Alerts to notify users when new documents are stored on the network by colleagues.
